We're SOLUS Sports Nutrition, a small endurance-fuel company based in Brisbane, Queensland. This page explains, in plain English, how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or place an order.

We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If anything below isn't clear, or you have a question about your data, write to us — details are at the bottom of this page.

We only collect what we genuinely need:

• Your name, email and phone number when you fill in our contact form.
• Your shipping address if you place an order, so we can send your tub to the right place.
• Payment information when you check out. Card details are processed securely by Shopify — we never see or store them.
• Website usage data via cookies and analytics — what pages you visit, what device you're on, roughly where in the world you are.
• Your email address if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter.

We use what you give us to:

• Reply to enquiries you've sent us.
• Process and fulfil your orders.
• Send order updates and shipping information so you know where your tub is.
• Send marketing emails — only if you've opted in.
• Improve the website and customer experience.

We don't use your information for any other purpose without telling you first.

• All data is transmitted over SSL encryption.
• Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third parties (Shopify) — your card details never sit on our servers.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We use cookies for website analytics (Google Analytics or similar). Cookies are small text files that help us understand how visitors use our site — which pages are read, where people drop off, what we should improve.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so won't stop you using the site, but it does mean we won't see your visit in our analytics.

To run the site we work with a small handful of third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Shopify — payment processing and order management.
• Formspree — contact form submissions.
• Google Analytics — website analytics.
• Email marketing platform (e.g. Mailchimp) — newsletter delivery.

We don't pass on more information than each service genuinely needs to do its job.

Under Australian privacy law you can:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request that we correct or delete it.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

We only send marketing emails if you've explicitly opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you're out, no questions asked.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the changes on this page and update the date at the top.
