By using the Solus Sport website you agree to these terms. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site.

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt or compromise it, and not to copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Solus Sport is operated by SOLUS Sports Nutrition, based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

We do our best to describe our products accurately and to display correct pricing. Photographs are illustrative — the product you receive is the one named on the listing.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We may change prices, formulations, or product availability at any time without notice. Where a price has been displayed in error, we reserve the right to correct it before your order is dispatched and, if needed, to cancel the order with a full refund.

An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance happens when we email you an order confirmation. Until then, we may decline an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we can't confirm the payment.

Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify, which is PCI-compliant. We don't see or store your card details.

We ship from Queensland. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days and tracked end-to-end.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Once a parcel has left us we'll do everything we can to help if it goes missing, but we can't be held responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied at checkout.

We back our product with a 30-day return policy. If you've changed your mind, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return for a refund of the product cost.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the tub must be unopened, with the seal intact. Return postage is at your cost; the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If the product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us straight away and we'll sort it out at our cost. None of these terms limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Endurance carbohydrate fuel is supplied as food, not as medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure how to fuel for sport, consult a qualified professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or your use of this website is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under them will be dealt with by the courts of Queensland.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page; the date at the top tells you when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
